Dual core issue is back on stable, unplayable 

On Exp its semi playable at times, 

15-50 fps till it drops to 2 fps and render goes into 2d

Have you tried using the flush command when the FPS bottoms out? Even if it works, it would only be a workaround, but I just thought I'd mention it.

 I have that shit set to a hotkey now, I use it so much and so often . 

 It works sometimes, but .. root of the issue is still the Dual Core bug

LOL! It's funny, but also not funny at all. Sorry you are having so many problems man. I know that PC upgrades aren't cheap, but it may be time for you to start thinking about a quad-core.
