Basically, updating all of the servers, testing them, initialization, probably a little more testing and then, finally, opening them to the public. True, it might not be ready, but there could, possibly, be some improvements. We'll have to wait and see, honestly, but I think that the main issue with the CLE is regioning, which I guess will probably take a little while to develop. "soon" could be 4 hours as that's usually how long it takes for servers to update. So, a 3pm EST update, as has been common in the past, is what we may be looking at. Either there was a wipe or it wasn't connected to the hive, still remains to be seen. Looks like server start hiccups..
