Streamers on Twitch are taking breaks from it and some of those still streaming it are constantly complaining in game about it. I have to force myself to play it now. That would give them an entirely new value ;) .Yeh well, i have no problem playin that ultra direct cs 1.6 mousemovement, but imho it doesn't fit the game and i liked the m-movement they had before way more. let's c what they gonna do with that new setup. Of course there is a lot to improve ( especially regarding throwing) but this patch is a huge step forward and really improves the game ! Loot spawns are not new but only have been fixed ...this is on stable already. Zombies are beeing worked on by the new team and I guess they will tweak and test a lot through the coming weeks and months....during the first accelerating time tests there were no zombies at all on the experimental servers.... 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Dunno how you came to the conclusion that the peak players today is 1/3rd the active player base. Most people don't play everyday and certainly not all at the same exact time. Zombies now can follow you to the 2nd floor in several buildings (some kind of hotfix??), such as watchtower, jail house etc. But they will only follow you to the 2nd floor if they are too close otherwise they will stay down there. Sharplooter 98 Posted April 17, 2014 (edited) Hi there, the new experimental (0.44 xxx) is a (little) regress in some ways, perfomance/FPS is much worse, sometimes almost unplayable. No longer loot in green/red houses (with stairs outside of the building), in some sheds/garages etc. and some other little houses. So the loot spawn is almost at the same poor level like the current stable...Zombies are pretty rare and they need at least 10 hits with the splitting axe or 5 hits with fire axe to get killed, except you hit the head. Dont know if this is good or bad, seems like a place holder. Really bothering -> 90% of the time I join a experimental (especially DE Servers) its DARK. Then my delight to play/test the new build/features is tending towards zero... and i played eperimental a lot before. At least the resetting of characters is finally.stopped. Edit: Because of the "new" weird mouse acceleration and lower fps I became almost motion sick, lol (but its not really funny). Question: Can the day cycle and night cycle be set to different time compressions? like have the nights a considerably shorter but days longer. I enjoy the night, but not for long periods, as I pretty much know I'm about the only guy in game not "Gamma/Brightness Tuning", and it makes me a target with my headlamp on.
