They are all version 0.46.124490 whilst i am still playing 0.46.124489. But steam just wouldn´t update DayZ to the latest version. At least not voluntarily. Tried restarting the game multiple times (which normally works), but nothing. Can confirm char wipe. But first thing I did was stumble into MP5 in Berezino police station. So "luck in bad luck" as ze germanz say. :) Does anyone know about the mags for MP5? Where do they spawn, are they in yet? And they seem to have fixed the bug that made the game crash completely every single time after being on one server and trying to join another. Irish. 4886 Posted July 1, 2014 The char. reset folks is probably just due to the new patch being new and the hive not being connected properly.. problem is if you play and save now, you may lose your char for good. Forewarned, this has happened several times in the past. It could still be a full reset but until a dev tweets/reddits that fact, I would guess its just the hive issues we have seen before. Now it's better to use sub-sonic, but not required. The suppressor would still muffle the gun shot sound and muzzle flash. Sub-sonic is designed to also remove the bullet-crack you hear when the round flies relatively close to you. The sound comes from breaking the sound barrier. The second guy groaned so I'm 100% sure I hit him.There's a reason why shotgun hasn't gone through drastic changes during past hundred years and that's because it's a devastating weapon at close ranges. This is what I'm banking on. On Stable it's easier to tell because there are a wider variety of servers due to sheer numbers, but on experimental it might just be all of them.
