Is that a DSR-50?.. I do not think that would fit in the game if that is the DSR.  

 

Nope it's not the 50cal version, this is the DSR-1 and it shoots .338 Lapua Magnum ammo.

Dean already said, military weapons will be very, very, very rare soon. No matter which gun you find, I think it will be even harder to find 2-3 mags and ammo.

 

I think in ~2-3 months the "PvP war" somewhat stops in the big cities due to not having 200+ rounds for a gun.

I hope it will be like "ohh shit, i already got 20 rounds for my AK after 3 hours of looking for it!"

I don't get this: whenever you see one in the media, chances are it's not an AK-47, so you've probably been looking at AKMs most of the time.

All of these are AKMs, they all look classic to me.

Despite them all having clear differences, AKM and AK 47 are extremely similar, only AKM would be mire common and better than the 47.

AK-47 is almost the go to name for any gun produced in the USSR for the media only info sort of person, many books, movies and games as well will constantly use AK 47 as the typical bad guy gun.

AKM in my opinion, makes more sense and looks more or less exactly the same.

And as well, as "ilikeguns" mentioned a couple days ago, AK-47 isn't even the official name. It's just "AK" according to the Russians. Which is why we have "AKM" instead of "AK-47M".

Funnily enough ARMA's classname for the AKM is "AK_47_M".
