Pending Changelog: Experimental Branch: 0.33.114782

Well, servers are online, but I can't connect, only getting "Confirmation of Changes - Connecting failed". Is this just another error for a full server? I do get the full server notice sometimes, but sometimes I also seem to be able to join, but then I get that connecting error. Tried all servers now.

Edit: And yes, I set my game to experimental.

Same thing happened last update. I'm fairly sure it's what happens when the server is full and too many people keep trying to join.

- Login: Player queuing system introduced. Penalty waiting time added for switching server or disconnecting a server quickly.

I'm at work for another 12 hours today. I'm living vicariously through you guys in this thread. I'd love to hear about new stuff.

 

Is anyone able to play experimental at the moment? Perhaps the lack of discussion is because everyone is playing right now.

Nvm, test servers up but ofcourse full.

 

Aww, I'm so hyped for this anti combat log. I could kill 50% people more if this was on official servers becouse about 50% people that I attacked has escaped me via log out.

Nice update. Im getting crash on shutdown aswell Win7 64bit.

 

Hmm I got win7 64bit too and I am expirencing more crashes then usual as well.

Confirming this issue and also have 64 bit win7

Confirming yet again.

Last time my ssd (Dayz is not on this, but my win7 64bit is) wouldn't show up on the list of drives, so i couldn'

t boot for ~5 min. Only happens when exiting DayZ.

Every 10-15 mins the server either restart or says "Session Lost". Come on guys fix that we can't play like that

That's becouse 10,000 people are trying to join same server.

It's experimental, I'm just grateful that they release their WIP builds to us even if they barely function.

That's becouse 10,000 people are trying to join same server.

over 30 million dollars and only a few amount(20?) of test servers -.-.

Makes testing impossible. Server overload keeps kicking most guys I was able to speak to on the beach.

Didn´t save my character twice now

They probably took them down because they kept crashing/booting folks

 

Or patch is going to official servers!

Just downloaded latest patch mate. Session lost. :)

 

OK. In a regular test server. Will let you know people.

Main issue is that too many testing servers makes it a real nightmare to do the updates. WIth a small number of servers we can make the updates much more regular, and we can be a little bit more risky about what we send out. Otherwise we would be going through the same testing, drama, and effort, as releasing to the stable branch.
