First person can be as rigid as half life 2, or as bumpy as mirrors edge. It's really just user preference. I don't get it. You can change those values. Yeah. People are screaming about options that should be default customizable in any decent PC FPS game. I was a little worried about no lefty perspective setting as this is more and more being over looked by programmers but it seems that will be a feature. And I would love a shield like this, just pushing zombies away and in the other hand a wakizashi*riot shields* Different types of riot shields would be very handy indeed. If it's not based upon LOS, do the zombies lose aggro and go into "alerted" mode? Will they just search the general area? I think there may be a possible downside to their treatment of zombies. They seem to be trying to streamline (rightfully so) the zombies, while at the same time not leaving much room for additional behavior. I hope they change how aggro works with regard to sounds, so that a zombie or group of zombies will hear a noise (but do not have LOS) and will rush to investigate the general area and more or less loiter around trying to find the player. SJKSJK 225 Posted November 16, 2013 My guess is a December Alpha release. Gives them some time and it's good for business with the holidays, etc. I appreciated the video he let out last night. I don't have any video game production experience and quite honestly didn't notice many of the bugs until I read comments. Leo Leonardo III 20 Posted November 16, 2013 I'm quite happy with the way the zeds' pathfinding works now. They don't seem to go wild with speedhacks anymore. Plus hitting them is MUUUUCH easier according to what i've seen in the video. I was recently killed by a zed in the mod because i couldn't hit him at point blank with a machete. Skippy bastard. You have not seen sleeping. So what has been actually confirmed? The fact that you can feel like taking a nap. Any speculation beyond that is jumping to a conclusion.
