Remove Kamenka As Respawn Point

Funny how some people think Kamenka is a bad spawn. If you wish the quiet life it is one of the best. Easy jaunt up to Zeleno, passing numerous deerstands, before a decision to head NW or to Stary.

As for an option to choose your spawns point - no way. DayZ should get more disorienting and harder, not easier.

I would even go so far as to say you could spawn anywhere on the coast and to get rid of the message when you start telling you where you are.

Kamenka is possibly one of the best spawns.

As stated before: Deerstands, barns, a supermarket, crashed helis, and then the NW. Hardly any players to get in your way most of the time.

Consider the new standalone loot spawn system, where every possible place will be able to hold cool things, and you will have cool stuff to do.

People don't like Kamenka because it is far from Cherno and Elektro, which has cool loot and cool encounters.

As its been stated the south west area of the map is saturated with deer stands. Its an easy way to get geared up without having to deal with the noise of cherno/elektro. I much prefer to trail blaze my way up the west side of the map quietly.

I'm just glad Rockets the lead dev for this game. He's going to keep ignoring the constant demands to simplify or make the game easier and instead keep adding levels of detail and make it harder.

The map is just too small to make multiple important loot spots. I'd remove all treasure chests, meaning abandoned AI camps.

I wouldnt mind it being removed (or fixed). Seems like 99.9 percent of the time I spawn there. Its tiresome.

It's my least favorite spawnpoint of the spawn points outside big cities, but you might as well keep it. Kamenka itself isn't that bad, it just gets looted by all the new players after restart. Then there wont be anything else but tin cans and heatpacks left.

10-15 minutes from Cherno

2-5 min from 3 deer stands.

They should however punish people who spam suicide to select their spawn location. People, who suicide within 5 minutes, should respawn with 6000 blood, a military flashlight and a broken leg.

And then, if they respawn again before 5 minutes have passed they get punished with 3000 blood, a used heatpack and two broken legs.

I agree with above. In 30 minutes you have looted Balota Airfield and multiple dearstands, most likely earning you all the gear you need before you get to Zelen to get food/drinks.

1. It's close to Bolota.

2. North of Kamenka, up the road that goes directly North are 3 deer stands with rare/military loot.

3. Only a bit further North is Zelengorsk which has a supermarket and a few farm buildings with good loot.

No. Head into the military camp to get some gear. Then head to the airfield to get more. After that, there's a road to zelenogorsk and you can get maps, compasses, and backpacks from the zelen market. After that you're all geared up, and safely geared up too!
