   Hah, this sounds like an epic plan. When the delivery men are late, you call the bandit clan to murder them on their next trip, then the delivery men call the heros to take out the bandits, then the medics help everyone and the cycle repeats it's self!!!

..but I could really use a hat, any color will do and type does not matter. Any server is fine too, what ever you play on. If you're still playing the game that is :)

My friend and I are having a blast with DayZ and one of the reasons for that is we don't constantly play it. I'll give you a run down of our "exciting" gameplay last night.

 

We headed from our camp into a town nearby looking for digging implements, seeds and lime to try out the new garden plot. On the way back to camp we were discussing our immediate plans which were to,

 

Dig the plots, add the lime, plant the seeds. Once that was done to look for any nearby water sources and then find observation and defensive points around our camp. All that took around 2 hours and as always, we chat about things.

 

We always give ourselves objectives. Tonight we'll be bow hunting - we're low on steaks but we'll need to make arrows first so we have a few chores before we can set off and we need to sharpen up our bow skills anyway. After that we might go hit a military base however on the lives we're on now, we only just found gorka jackets (in barns) and both have Winchesters with the large hiking backbacks and no military gear. In game time we've been alive maybe 20 hours by now.

mugur, I don't really need anything on HC (well, maybe except the military tent, but it's super rare...), but I'd like to give you some food for your effort. :thumbsup: Meat is very efficient energy-wise and I can get you plenty of that. I'll be back home shortly in the first days of January.

Thank you Kirov. I've killed a pig and after that my available slots were filled with a lot of meat and a big skin that said something like wild boar skin or something. I have not cooked the meat because i think i need a gas stove, but next time i will, to see how it goes. Also one other night i've met a whole herd of cows that were running like crazy chicken when they saw me.

mugur, gas stoves don't work properly (they burn food instantly), so you need to make a fire. Tell me if you don't know how to (it's simple, but feasible in several ways).

 

I did start to use gas stoves, but only as means to store meat (gas is not needed then). The entire contraption (stove+pot+gas, 8 slots separately) takes only 2 slots when combined and stores 5 steaks (and provides spare gas canister for the lamp if you play nights). As I have two stoves now, I can bring you enough food to keep you running bright-green 'energized' with your errands for many hours. I like your quest so can lend a hand. ;)

I am pulling out my hair trying to find the smersh vest on 3rd person. I know its a long shot and would envolve alot of hours of searching but if you ever find one and your interested in giving it away or a trade let me know.

- Mosin+camo painted+compensator+scope+amo

- A  lot of various amo

- morphine/epi and some other goodies like binos, rangefinder, whatever.

 

If anybody needs something out of those let me know because

I am going to hunt the elusive smersh vest and i am going to die a lot.

p.s.

- found a rabbit and killed him. i have proof that the motherfucker actually died.

- found 1 goat, tryed to catch it. failed miserably.

- found 12 deers. all of them where still alive/kicking when i left.
