AUTO RUN

Recommended Posts

Someone from BI mentioned auto run was not going to be implemented.

It makes sense when you factor in the stamina bar and food/water.

I’m looking forward to leaning and being able to freely pan the camera around.

I don't think auto run was ever implemented to begin with, I know a good strategy on PC was to start running then unplug your keyboard. But that obviously wouldn't work on xbox

Game needs auto walk, auto run couldn't work due to stamina system but for people with carpal tunnel syndrome and other disabilities it'd be a great QOL update. I for one can't play for longer than a few hours before my tendons feel like there gonna snap. Pushing and holding a keyboard button with no resistance is not the same as pushing forward on a controller stick aswell as constantly pressing/depressing said thumbstick for sprint on/off. Can't believe in 2018 that this isn't a standard controller option for large map games. One of the few things pubg did right

Left stick sensitivity for walking and a button dedicated for leaning is a must. I’m really curious as to how they will implement this on the Xbox controller with all of the other actions needed. I guess they will use the press/double press/hold options on each button. Maybe throw in button mapping. I read that they are working on the whole controller scheme. I love this game and I’m happy to finally play it.

Walking wouldn’t be to hard to do other games have when you push the stick half way the character walks
