So I have a question, if and when the dime bags are put ingame, will we be able to make an improvised bong? I didn't see any kinda of rolling papers or pipes/hookas/vaporizers in the dev notes. All we need is duct tape, something to use as a resivoir(for the contents of said dime bag), tubing(if hookas are your thing) and a water bottle

Edit: or an old spite/notacola/Rasputin kvass or pipsi can for when times are hard and you don't want to ruin your water bottle
