weedmasta 784 Posted April 7, 2014 Definitely not an airstrip, also if you go up North you will see many of these empty slots particularly on the new northern highway/railway. I believe some of them are place holders/bases for buildings to be added in the future. It's an empty space, they have things like that, it's not going to be the next Fort Knox or Cherno International Airport. More than likely it's a construction yard (aka big empty lot where they store things like bulldozers and excavators) sans construction equipment or something similar.
