The real problem with a lot of these arguments about something being too new or rare and such is rather obvious.

 

The FNX45 and the mini RDS for it are both fairly new.  If both of these are in the game, then IMHO, pretty much everything is on the table.  I'm fairly certain both didn't hit the market more than maybe 3 years ago.  A quick glance at google showed nothing pre 2012, so I may be wrong.

True, which would mean this game would take place later.  I will think about adding more recently made (2005 or so) firearms to the list.  We already have the MP-443 Grach on here, which was not made to long ago.  No need to be sorry, its glad to always hear from the community!

Ok, I am kinda late to the party.

One thing I think is missing: WW2 trophy rifles and hand guns.

K98, MP40, etc.

One could quite easily expect these to be in Chernerus, as the war was fought here.

One weapon no one has mentioned:

RPG-7

This is a weapon that would have been in Chenerous's military, and hence it is fair game. Yes, it is in a class all by itself.

Now, before you start thinking CoD, please remember it would be very difficult to carry this weapon with any other weapons. And if you are carrying a spare charge in your backpack and it gets hit... Boom!

Next weapon:

Improvised Flamethrower

Now I am not sure if flamethrowers are still issued to militaries around the worls, so I am recommending a craftable flamethrower. Yes, it replaces your backpack.

Next weapon:

RG-6 Russian rotary grenade launcher.

In game ammo would be restricted to tear gas grenades. Not sure if this is the right launcher, but it looked right.

Think of every riot you have ever seen. The cops always bust out the tear gas launchers. What does the Zompocalypse look like at first... A riot. The Chenerussian cops would have used this for sure.

I do have the RPG-7 along withe RGD-5 Soviet Hand grenade written down.  Neither of which would unbalance the game at all because the devs are already grenade launcher attachments to the AK variants and the M4A1 Assault Rifle.  The flamethrower i do not think would fit in unless the Chernarussians called in a complete eradication of the entire population to try and contain the infection.  The RG-6 would fit because of well, basically what you said lol.  Tear gas canisters are used by almost every police force in the entire world and most likely would of been used by the confused police on the infected individuals.  Why limit it just tear gas canisters?  The RG-6 is able to fire grenades just as well.  I am not so sure about the World War Two German weapons that you listed as well.  The Mauser K98 was the standard issued Nazi rifle and the MP-40 was the standard issued Sub Machine Gun and both  would make some sense to be added to the game.  All in all, not bad suggestions and you are not late to the party, you are actually quite early.

This is going to be a dumb question but, bombs away.  May i ask you what your picture is actually?  I have been quite confused on it ever since i saw your very first comment.  Is the guy smiling with his mustache?  Still a bad ass picture lol.

The Big Lebowski, one of the best movies i've ever seen, to be honest xDD

If you haven't seen it, i advise you to watch it as soon as possible.

 

May the dudley lama be with you (there's a real religion after the dude: the Dudeism. It kinda reminds of the antic Epikureism, a bit.)
