Call me crazy but my home server has always been: 

US 4425

It's got the advantage of being one of the most populated servers.
But then it has the disadvantage of being one of the most populated servers.

There's gunna someone friendly but there's also alot more bandits
(I think they get geared up and come to the high pop servers looking for prey) 

Either way until there's a server with 30+ friendlies 4425 is where i'll remain.

NCRP private server is where I've been since they released.

Couldn't go back to publics now but that's just my preference.
