Will admins to have option for a dexterity free server?

I think it would be nice if server admins could have the option to turn off the dexterity feature. Just like they have the option between private hives and publics, and first person and third, I think it would be great if admins could decide for themselves if they wanted their server to use the dexterity feature.

 

Is there any possibility of this?

It determines your efficiency with light weapons such as rapiers and daggers, and ranged weapons like long-bows and short-bows. I think it also covers thrown weapons.

Dexterity is the feature which makes your gun drag behind the cursor. Heavier guns, less dexterity, and more dragging behind the cursor.

 

It's basically the feature which makes one guy with an axe able to take out whole armed squads, if you've seen those videos.

Will server owners be able to have 69 million cars and guns on their server?

 (when workshop is implemented, i really think they will be able to, same goes for dexterity (I THINK)  )

They probably will be able to have a million cars. Which is fine by me. People should be allowed to do whatever they like on their server.

 

This is also why I think the devs should add a way for server admins to run their server without dexterity.

No way man. This isn't CS:GO.

Also, server admins should NOT be able to do whatever they want. You are only renting a server, no one is forcing you to dole out cash for it, therefore you don't need to control dexterity, loot, or vehicles.

Wow, it's been a while since I've read a terrible idea.  The player base is already segregated enough just from having 1pp/3pp servers with public and private on top.  If you want a game where you can noscope360headshot you have CoD and BF.  DayZ is definitely not the game you are looking for.  Again, terrible suggestion.

I can see what you mean. I only play first person, and I think people who play third person are silly. With that said, I don't care if they do. It's their way of playing, and that's up to them. I don't want to tell them to play a whole different game. That's their way of playing, and nothing wrong with that.

 

So you guys shouldn't care if people play the game without dexterity. It doesn't hurt anyone if they set and up play the game differently than you. If you don't like it, don't play on their server.

I think it's not because of "dexterity" that you can't aim properly at running targets, I think is more the high speed the players can run all the time and the low fps are making hard to kill a running player.

 

I like "dexterity", I think is a very cool feature.
