Evil Minion 943 Posted October 13, 2014 (edited) If I got a piece of candy every time someone started another topic about this (granted: annoying) bug I would not be able to leave my room by now.Also it doesn't seem to kill you but rather causes a random damage spike to your legs that is miraculously healed shortly after - given you did not die by the spike. In fact I did not recall an instance where I got killed by this but had my legs broken quite a lot and my pants ruined even more.Report here - vote up! There is absolutely an insta-death risk (ie no broken legs or anything else - you just die instantaneously) on upper floors of the ATC, jails, barns, factories and probably lots of other multi-storey buildings. In fact the only place I've never had it happen is in the generic office building. I'm not sure this is the same as the legs-broken bug, although of course it may be just the more extreme form. I'm not saying disable fall damage from 20 feet from a realism standpoint, but a temporary immunity from 20 feet falls mean I am no longer suffering from broken legs when walking up the stairs at the two story military building or farm house due to a server pathing error. Not flaming you, but the phrase "Dean with it" seems to now be a pretty stupid phrase since he is leaving the company due to Bohemia not wanting to go the same direction that he did with DayZ. This pretty much shows us that its "Bohemia with it" and not Dean. Anyway, about the topic. I find this much less annoying that standing still on the second floor of the fire station stairway and breaking my leg. This seems to only happen to me at NWAF, but I could be wrong.
