If you want extreme survival and a hard game there are half a dozen mods for that. Sounds like an extremely dirty DIRTY ass fetish your talking about....... holy fuck! XD And for the record child zombies are NOT a bad idea. What doesn't make sense in REALISTIC infection setting is no age variety or different weight types. Not everyone is perfect in physical appearance. Also gashes from struggling with ppl, broken limbs etc should add variety to show from past struggles as they became infected or were attacked by previous infected.
