The questions are automated by the website not me, also another question that I did as a poll was where a player spends most of his time. They make no difference to the result of the quiz.

None of the situations other than one involve you being shot at. Meaning that if you shot in all the other situations, it would be KOS. KOS means to Kill on sight so if you didn't choose to interact with the player than yes that is a KOS'er type of act.
