alright probly going to take a step down from trading un tell some of the bugs are worked out with the new system was a freshy walked into the police station in kamie and found two racks  mp5k mags up the wazoo and gorka and other shit so yeah loot is to broke for me to bother with right now see you guys in a week or two

Actually I am still hanging around, trying to farm and set up a camp. But I've had to dump all my trade stuff so I can carry around water purification tabs, bandages and antibiotics.... :|

 

If any of my trusted traders needs help as a freshie, etc, please let me know and I'll pop down to the coast.

I'm guessing it does, I've found two eastern suppressors so why wouldn't the NATO version spawn? But i cant be sure....

Hello, I am looking to trade for an AKM and at least one magazine, as well as Attachable Pouches. No stock needed, but I do need a handguard. Bonus points if it has an AK rail handguard attached or you have more than one mag. To offer you I have: 

 

-AK-74

-2 AK-74 mags (one black, one brown)

-150 5.45 Rounds (for the AK-74 - five stacks of 30)

-Green SKS

-PU Scope

-2 or 3 10 Round Clips (for the SKS)

-(maybe) Black High-Capacity Vest

What you have for me will define how much I'm willing to give to you. For example, if you have an AKM with a Rail Handguard and three magazines, I'll be willing to give more than I would if you just gave me an AKM with one magazine. I've seen several the past few days on the APCs and little brown open-top military trucks around military bases and a few other places. NEAF is a good place to check. You might be safer just looking for one there rather than risking what you have to some rando who might shoot you rather than trade with you. They really aren't that hard to find. I've seen quite a bit of ammo and 75 round drum mags as well.

I've looted through the entirety of the NWAF and Vybor military base about 10 times since 0.55 came to stable and I haven't seen any AKMs or magazines, although handguards, stocks, and PSO-1 scopes seem to be very common now. Wrecked vehicles do seem to be the best loot locations now (found a few AK-74s and a bunch of attachments, other guns and ammo plus my many military vests there) but I have yet to see an AKM there.

And about safety, I intend to have at least one friend with me for security during the trade. Obviously still a chance they'll try something, but having backup will be good.

I think NEAF has 2 APCs, a Humvee, and 4 of the small brown military trucks that all spawn AKMs. I've only been to NWAF once briefly since the recent patch and didn't spend much time looting there, but I've heard others say that there's not much loot there since the patch. I could be wrong about that though. Right now cars, military vehicles and police stations seem to be the best places to loot. I've seen a lot of good stuff in all civilian buildings as well but not many guns in them.

And I for that matter can't find any AK74s only ammo for it. So far I've found 2 AKMs and 4 PSOs though but no ammo for the AKMs.

I't doesn't. The only suppressors are the Pistol Suppressor , Suppressor East, and the Improvised Suppressor. I'm guessing the Improvised Suppressor is just a reconfigured NATO Suppressor, since when it was introduced the NATO on disappeared, and the description for the Improvised Suppressor is the same as the NATO Suppressor.
