It's a take on the Cerne Abbas Giant.

I was looking over the super high-res image of Chernus and I found something interesting to the North East of the North East Airfield.

Both the backpack thing and the chalk man thing have been in since Arma 2. The backpack thing was for realism in Arma 2 you would drop your heavy backpack in deep water, though the backpack would usually end up on the bottom and not floating on top and i dont think that is intended for DayZ.

 face and the treestump that looks like a Dark rider giving a thumbs up See if there are others.

 

Lastly, Im surprised no one liked my utterly hilarious pun earlier.

I think I will do some research and compile all of the easter eggs I can find for an Easter special.

Let me save you some time, Santa is in the smoke stack (climb to top and look down, not really an easter egg as its been in since Arma 1). Dark stump doesn't look like Nazgul to me.

 

Not sure about Rockets face though.

There is a face on the bottom of an item I think I've seen?

 

Can't remember what item though.

I was exploring up the north east with a freind and we found a play area in town.

For a laugh i hit the sand pit with my fire axe.

Next thing im hearing fire all around me and im bricking my pants.

My mate is screaming wtf is that so i tell her to hit the other sand pit.

Woosh a fireball erupts all around her and the sound of fire again!

Completely surprised by this, I knew axes make sparks but who put petrol in the sand lol.

Anybody else found this?
