gottyplays 5 Posted January 6, 2014 Hi im a new player as you all know as a new player death is only around the corner but today i was killed by a invisable zombie!! i got punched or whatever zombies do and i looked around nothing so i carried on and stopped for next loot and punched again i was like wtf and next thing i know im dead no gunshot none around to rob me just zombie sounds like there upclose but nothingGot this tooo yesterday, i was scared xD however today i keep on spawning in the debug lands, i clicked respawn but nothing happens, i0m the only one? skoms 86 Posted January 6, 2014 Anyone else having insane lag after the newest build that come yesterday? Right now i can run for a minute, and then its lag for the next 3-5 sec. My character starts to move in circles and i go through buildings and everything before he finally stops. I have trouble to use items an pick up items and sometimes zombies just pop out of nowhere.. The game is pretty much unplayable right now for me. I notice that when i browse for servers i get a huge list of servers with ping between 25-80. Wich is normal. But after clicking on a server the ping suddenly jumps to 250-350, and even up to 500. And then it can jump down again to below 100, before jumping up again. I guess this is the problem and this is the reason for the lag. But do anyone have an idea why its like this, and why it started with the newest update? I have been playing Standalone since late December without any problems, and my internet connection is good. I can also play other games with good ping. So its not my internet connection and its not my PC. So, do anyone else have big lag and ping problems on Dayz SA after the newest build??? And is there any solutions? Since the last patch, whenever I join a server I'm able to stay in for about 20 seconds, then I get kicked. The message: Battleye not responding. I've googled, followed a lot of different troubleshooting guides, like this one, and nothing has worked. I've reinstalled the game across 3 different hard drives, and still the same message. A lot of the posts I've seen point to network issues which I know is not the case since my g/f is able to play on her PC 3' away connected to the same network. Any ideas? I'm pretty tech savvy and have done everything I know to do or have read to do. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. edit: I should add I know I'm not banned, I've never played any of the arma series or for that matter any game that uses battleye. kichilron 8550 Posted January 6, 2014 I had massive problems myself last night, but I thought that was due to general connection issues, as the servers are acting up. If it persists for few more days I would try a couple of things like whitelisting BE in your firewall or temporarily turning your firewall off alltogether (not for long, though. ;) ) Also - wrong section. Either you don't have BE installed/installed correctly, you are running an incorrect version of the game, or your Firewall/security program is blocking BE. I've disabled my firewall completely, I have no security software on either. That's one of the first things I tried last night. There is literally nothing stopping BE from talking to it's servers. emko 0 Posted January 6, 2014 hello all, i noticed i have 4 blank options inside combo bar called "VIDEO MEMORY" inside game menu... i choose the last option.
