These comments are horribly rude. Yes, he doesn't need to make a post, but at least he recognizes that he can just wait till the game is fixed instead of asking for a refund. This is your community guys... It is what you make of it.

It's getting fixed in the next patch and is in the experimental patch notes.

The server teleport check is what was causing the freezing and teleporting back in time. In simple terms, the developers had a piece of code in the game that teleported a player back to their original position and froze the game. This happened if a player traveled too far too fast (some people believe that they they did this so that they could stop people with speed hacks and teleport before anti-cheats were added). This code backfired when your client didn't sync correctly to the servers. For example, they made the game teleport and freeze you if you ran over 1000km in 120 seconds or something. Sometimes the game wouldn't check your position again for several minutes, thus thinking you were cheating and freezing your game. The new patch will fix this as Fluxley has posted above.

I have yet to see a hacker so far and I've had the game since day one.

It diagnoses that you are sick. Currently it won't tell you are that you're sick until it start healing.

They are having issues with losing characters currently, it isn't only character wipes causing the loss. You will lose characters less often the less you join servers.
