Hello there

Any criticisms? I keep tweaking the models and renders as I usually spend only a day or less on each project so they're far from perfect.

I took some liberties with the lighthouse with more windows included on my model than on the original, I might change that back though.

But, these models can't be improved without input from *you* dear forum members. Give me feedback!

@Fraggle, ta. I take that as high praise indeed especially from someone with your arty skill. :)

Its a mash up of many programs, firstly to build, then export (and then re export), then to light and texture and then render. I can supply a list if needed.

A fun and easy starting place is the Lego LDD software as it's great for the beginner.

Recovers.

Dude. That is cooler than Penguin fins ! Last time i played with lego i punched my friend in the face for wrecking my scratch built AT-AT ! He got his revenge by burning out my train engine on his train track but anyway...

Majorly cool stuff Orlok I would like to see your representation of a typical day on the forums in lego :D

As a kid I always wanted a huge box of legos. Now that I'm an adult I still do but I don't think I can get away with it. My kids are going to be drown in legos though.

Last year me and my friend got this LEGO urge (we were 24 at the time) and spent four hours driving around different stores to find those big red boxes with different pieces on, then we occupied his living room. Best summer ever.

Hellloo there

Beer is in me, so i'll keep this short.

You lucky, lucky woman 'cummere ye me best pal....*hic*..... lets have a fight ye fekker..... nah, cum ere I loves yer....

Ok, apparently I wont,

It's brilliant that you like my stuff, but what would be good as a mini diorama that would *represent* DAYZ?

Tomorrow, I plan to recreate a Chernarus petrol station with accurate lego esque stickers/signage etc. I think a mini scene with that would work.

Obviously, my barn and firestation builds, whilst sexy, are just too damn big to have made up.

We/I need to think of mini builds that give over the *feel* of the game. And I need your help with that.

thinking caps on guys n girls.

I'm not sure if I'd like to drink with Orlok or not. If I did I'd have to make sure it was in a very well lit and public place.

he scares me!

I think you should approach Legoland in Windsor and ask them for a section for Chernarus.

Hello there

Splendid, great idea, Terror.

What you *get* to see is a small amount of models I make, as 9 out of 10 I reject.

I had a diorama of Fraggle walking down a gorge towards some gear with steak about to snipe him but it was missing something , so I didnt release it. A deerstand and/or tent *might* make it work.

I shall revisit it and see what happens.

More feedback! I thrive and Feast upon it.

@sausage: you love it.

@DG I ran around Windsor shouting at people about Lego but the police started chasing me. I was in my mankini at the time , which may be one of the reasons....

You could always re-texture one of these little bastards with either Mountain Dew or Heinz as well:
