I think Rockets may put something on twitter/reddit before the update hits tumblr. but no activity this monday, I have a bad feeling about this...

/me looks at list of all the games coming out in the next 6 months.

/me only cares about Dayz.

Never been so excited for a game in a longggg time!

True. I am so tired of all of those "Crysises" and "Call of Duties" that I am sick of them... I am not even waiting for GTA V as much as I wait for DayZ. I am, as never before, excited for the DayZ SA release as well.

BTW, 1.7.5.1 is out just a few hours ago :P

I may try the new update. I been hangin out @ Day Redux. It seems more of a true survivor experience.

Oh, does anybody know anything about Physx in the SA? I wish that they were like in GTA :P Just imagine it, smashing zombies all over the place with your car. Or, for example, shoot a zombie in the head with an AS50 and his head along with his body flies off for like 5 meters lol. I mean, that's realistic, ain't it? :P

Euphoria is cool because of the death anims/procedural ragdoll thing in it, but it's a pain in the ass to have correct basic animations with. It also creates lots of funny bugs, and is very ressource consuming, and a pain in the ass to code the anims ingame (it took rockstar years to release GTAIV mostly because of the euphoria). An even bigger problem is that It looks very cartoony, just look at Nikos walking animations, it's terrible...

However I'm sure we can expect better and smoother animation in SA, but it's a lot of work and clever art+coding, which means it takes time and ressources to have a good result.

Must stay awake... Been hitting f5 on twitter and the blog for 4 hours (obviously not straight) but I guess I'll wait another 2-3 hours before I start bashing again. Although it has given me alot of time to think of a new rig to play the SA on ;P

No update today, It's been cancelled, the voices in my head told me.

Oh dear God. Those voices were right about that friday update after "the long black silence". This is not good.
