This sounds promising as an update and on another note if being able to hide from infected is possible i wouldn't mind you going through with the starting with no gun fix as well makes for a more interesting learning curve plus a lot more in my opinion. thanks for the hard work

I think sneaking will work just better but this time you need to watch where infected is focused. imagine its looking somewhere else while you trying to sneak pass it then he is looking at you slowly rotating his head, eyeball to eyeball then he spots you and attacks you. gonna be more intense I hope as for as diversion thing is actually gonna work this time. think about throwing an empty can to focus their attention and making them looking the other way with their broken necks :D

true dat. but personally Im having the same joy even with a makarov in my hand. Getting the best gear doesnt increase the fun im having. play it, taste the atmosphere for an hour or so and quit. Right now im trying to get killed around NW airfield cuz I got 14days old character. so far no luck. and I guess I become good at stalking ppl.

most of the time Im simply following and not killing them.

making some vids of it right now of ppl running around north and me stalking them. vids of ppl running, stopping (probably to alt-tab and look at the online map or their in game map) then start running to another direction..crazy stuff

What is this mocap??? Is that like IN Living Color's take on spike lee with Mo'better butter?? (showing my age here)

I am also concerned with the increase zed awareness, los ability, inc damage, and loss of ability to crawl right next to them... But lets see how this all plays out, Rocket has been silent on how this will all work for a reason. He wants US to TEST this effect out and give him feedback...its a part of being an ALPHA tester. Im sure this will be tweaked MANY times to come.
