Cmon, its been over 24 hours since my server has been down

and its been almost a week since things have been going awry. Puh Lease sort me out. I just want to get my server pop back and get the server up and running.

I've had my server two days it has been completely down for more than half that time with absolutely no response from SS absolutely horrible customer service

Desperately need help, made the transition to Private hive from Community and now nobody can access the server. Gets stuck at waiting for host without even getting to the lobby. Is there a fix for this??

The teamspeak is passworded with no sign of the password in this thread. If I do not get a response soon my services will be cancelled as my experiences are not exactly positive so far...

Okay the server randomly started working, can join fine and as far as I've seen all setting I have assigned are active. Just in the nick of time for Survival Servers to keep this customer. I've always been one to help out the new guy.

Now this noob admin needs some help learning the basics of changing things in phpmyadmin. Specifically the loadout, the tutorial is a little outdated as phpmyadmin is layed out a little differently now. Anyone who cares to help me out I have a teamspeak you can join or skype. It would be greatly appreciated! :D

WTF you fix vehicle spawns(not, Namalsk is still all @#$@ed up) but then muck up the hive so no one can join. I hope this is fixed or I will look for a new host. I took a chance with you guys and I hope to not regret it.

From my testing with vehicles yesterday they still aren't working properly.

They spawn now, however all the vehicles in my server spawned fully repaired despite my settings in dayztools saying to spawn them damaged. These vehicles also magically repaired themselves when I got out and refuelled.

As for my support ticket about my server being down, it still hasn't even received a response yet. And I'm sure when it eventually does the support teams response will be of absolutely no use. The server came back online yesterday (after 30hours+ of complete inaccessible downtime). Knowing if your servers are up or down is incredibly basic for any system admin, failing to communicate these problems to customers is inexcusable.

Already cancelled mine, and ordered 3 servers from dayz.st. Cant just keep ticketing this guy/these guys (??).

First you open ticket, 24h to get answer, when u got answer, answer is like "could u be more presice", then u answer again, its again 24h... bullshit as far as i can tell.

Yep I'll be doing the same thing at the end of the month, wish I'd thought to google these guys before I placed my order.

First off; I am renting a public/official hive server from SurvivalServers.

I never had issues with them and for two months my server (50 slots) has been running pretty much without problems. If anything was wrong I was quickly replied to and the problem would be fixed.

Right now I am having an issue and their support is answering me also once every 24 hours.

I feel dissapointed because all of these problems with SurvivalServers seem to have begun when they started offering community / private hive servers.

I'm starting to think they bit off more than they can chew with that whole Bliss business.

Very frustrating someone who is renting a regular server has to suffer because off all the problems with private/community servers that are apparently very time consuming to fix.

This is precisely their way of saying, "yeah, we responded to your ticket within the 24 hour window so what are you compaining about?". Meanwhile, the one liner answer to your questions offer zero help into solving the issues you're having stringing it on even longer to buy more time.

To be completely honest, I don't know how these forums allow these guys to continue promoting their server offerings with the numerous complaints.

anyone else vehicles not repairing?

Not only that but they are dissapearing as well.

We wiped all vehicles on our server and respawned them with the server tool and those are not spawning at all or spawning broken and empty.

What you guys are not understanding is there is only a small number of people having some of these issues out of all of our customers.

We are doing as many bug fixes as we can and trying to keep all of our Tools up to date with the newest versions of bliss can take some time.

Most of our servers are working great and 90% of our customers have not been complaining about any of these issues that a few of you guys are having.

Please know that we are happy to help you with your issues, but we can only work so fast in assisting with database related issues (Which is what most of you are having issues with)

We have said multiple times that our response times on tickets is about 24 hours MAXIMUM. We like to be much quicker than this but that does not always happen.

Also, we have hired another staff member as of 11/03/2012 to help with sales and support.

If anyone is having an issue just submit a support ticket and we will do the best we can to fix you up ASAP.

I ordered a server yesterday. I have yet to get an email. i sent a ticket to find out when it would be setup and no response. If you cant set this up in a day i'd rather take my $30 somewhere else to a place that can. Not sure why you would want to ignore customers. I'll give it a few more hours and if i hear nothing from you or your company i will be filing a dispute with paypal to stop/return payment. I think I've made a terrible mistake choosing this company. The sad thing is i have played on these servers and they seem to run smooth however customer support seems null.

How long did everyone elses server take to setup? The wait is a bit of a joke if you ask me... Ordered basically 24 hours ago and its still not setup

This is worrying me now. Im in the same boat. Although not as long. The front homepage of survivalservers.com "We approve servers 24/7 and generally within a few hours during normal operating business hours" which helped pull me in for the buy, Then come order time, It states upto 24hours.

The competition has said instant. My weekend hope of setting up a server has been dashed i think...Fingers crossed !! Its still saturday night, Just

Cool, but anyway I was tired of waiting so I installed myself.

This weeks have been horrible with you guys, when there is a DayZ/Bliss/map update it takes more than a week to have the server updated and working correctly. Anyway, now my both servers are working PERFECTLY, right now I'm very happy.

The only thing that is not working still is the MapTool, please fix as soon as possible.

Keep the work, and sorry if I have been rude, but I had a lot of reasons to be so.

Ive had my order emails, got them within 10mins of ordering, Just waiting on my setup. They replied to a support ticket asking about setup time, took around 10mins for the reply. Hmmmm Fingers crossed

yeah i got those also now nothing else.... could have had a server up and running already with another company.
