The moment the rain is so "dominant", it's a bad idea to activate the diseases. (Think of the inexperienced players ... no joy comes on them). //On exp. it rains about 50-75% of the time .... a test for vehicles and basebuilding would not be possible (in normal time) if you always have to worry about "comfort". I even came so far that I just want to get sick in this game.... As it never happened yet. But I guess this balancing will happen within five days from now? Drinking pond water seems to increase the bacteria as well, so i assume you get sick when you get that stat high enough.
