This is something that modding will give players access to, rest assured.

 

But personally I think it would pretty much wreck the skill based nature of DayZ and would make loot hoarding too easy, which in turn would wreck the economy system..

Chenarus is your "safe" there's loot everywhere especially since they reverted the loot spawning (unfortunately)
