Source The numbers of types of loot on server are controlled centrally, and we are able to change them real time, since buildings are not tagged , loot will be all over the place. However less useless items incoming. Source Central economy is a system where the database has a range from x-y for each item, essentialy min and max. The server during initialization takes all these classes from database, and initialy spawns that number of items on server. Respawn system takes those numbers and trys to cleanup items that are over max on the ground.The new spawn system ignores all the old configurations.
