Tatanko 5591 Posted October 12, 2014 So the other day I was traveling north through the middle of the map from Elektro, and I came across a house I had never seen before in an unmarked little village. With 550+ hours into the Standalone, I was pretty sure I had seen every type of building there was to see. I then cross-checked the wiki, and found nothing. Google provided nothing other than one other example where someone came across this type of house in Mogilevka. From what I can tell, the only two places it exists are this unmarked village (071 083) and Mogilevka (075 102) to the south of it. Has anyone ever seen these houses elsewhere? Can anyone tell me anything else about them? They do not spawn any loot, at least not anymore (they appeared to a long time ago according to the one other post I found about it). Are they a legacy item from Arma 2 that just hasn't been delete yet, or what? :P Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I think because there are so few of them the dev team ignored them to work on more numerous houses' spawns to get more bang for their buck. That's a neat little spot. This, along with the benches and some other scenic pieces (fountains, wells, etc.) have all been in the games since the original OFP. I actually own the entire Arma 2 collection (and Arma X, etc.) as well as Arma 3, but they were all purchased after tons of playing DayZ Standalone. I've only got like 8 hours in on the Mod. I have the disc around here somewhere...shit I think I still even have the box for it.
