I'm near an apartment complex with a row of buildings like this after I spawned. There was a dam near by and a pond. Where am I?

I got lost and made a xmas party in the street, next to a christmas three. Cooked som reindeer meat, all was good. But where am i?

Here is a pic of where i am. I have not found any road signs whatsoever near the exits of this town (maybe i didnt see it) so i wasnt able to figure out where i spawned.

That seems to be the east-facing hill on the north side of Novod, almost to Smirnovo.  In the pic you're facing east/northeast,  there's a radio tower way up on that hill in the background.
