I would add the Remington 700, I love this rifles acuracy and it has a great record behind it. The mosin is great and all but I would love to sit with this rifle in the tree line hunting animals and other survivors.

 

I have one of these IRL, (though mine has been modded to somewhat replicate an M24) and yes I can attest to them being pretty beast-mode long range rifles. Not quite the death sentence an AS50 would carry, but I wouldn't be anywhere within 700 meters of a motherfucker with one of these because ouch. Would be awesome to see something like it in the game :)

What about the STG44?

It was the precursor to the Kalishkanov AK47, though it was German produced.

It is largely acreditied as the first modern assault rifle in the East. :D

They were used by the Germans with the invasion of Russia during WW2. So why wouldn't a few end up in an ex-soviet country like Chernarus? :D

Well, Ruger have outlets in both Czech and Slovakia, so its not too unlikely. I'm unsure of their laws on suppressed weapons though.

Ruger may have outlets in those areas but you cannot buy the integrally-suppressed MKII's from them.  You have to acquire those from specialty firearm shops and they are not cheap.
