Definitely a blow dart gun with poison tipped darts.

 

 

I like this idea, maybe with tranquiliser darts.  They got a little time to get the antidote otherwise they're knocked out.  

 

Jesus that things for real M99 Anzio 20mm model, as they strive for realism it couldnt throw you back 20 feet though,otherwise the shooter would also have to be flung 20 feet as well.  Wouldn't matter if you're prone or not Newtons 3rd law wouldn't be bothered by your stance.

Sorry I mean if the bullet hits you...not if you are the shooter.The recoil of it is big too, but not that strong to knock you back that far.

However this is the firepower it does. (might get a warning for this post cause of the gore and brutality from the gif images)

 

 

 

 

also don't worry, its just a movie, not real but it very accuraly shows the power of the m99.

Note, this one (M99) is weaker than the M99 Anzio model.I just have yet to see a anzio in action in a movie or a show or whatever.

 

I forgot to say , the traveling distance of the bullet...well, from Devil's castle to the southest point of the NWAF, myabe even more if my knowledge is right.
