Just something that may be an exploit, but you can use the Sewing Kit to repair clothes while in a full sprint from your Inventory screen.

Also, doesn't seem to work for Backpacks, Hats, Mil Vests, Chest Holster or Shoes. Does work for Shirts, Pants and gloves. Thats all I've tried so far.

Hopefully they fix it to where it can be used on packs, boots and some of the other items like rain coats. If they latter in the future decide to lower the spawn rate of things it would help anyways. Im cool with them going just to worn though. :)

Its DEFINITELY a step in the right direction. Just need to make it work for some of the other items and if not make some other kind of repair item that can go with the other odd things.

AH! So I don't need to strip naked to repair clothes?

So I found the sewing kit:

Ain't it pretty, with flowers and all?

There is now an option "Patch clothing item x":

All my clothes are either pristine or worn though. I tried using it on the worn items, and it says "Clothing item x has been patched", however it is still worn. Anyone else having any experience with this? Perhaps tried it out on badly damaged or even ruined clothing?

You can only patch damaged and badly damaged clothes to worn condition.

Ah I see. It will come in handy if one gets injured and get your clothes ruined. But since pristine clothing isn't exactly rare at the moment, it is mostly useless.
