M4 silencers (suppressors, strictly speaking) don't exist in game. They were taken out in (?) 0.48 along with all the other silencers/suppressors, because they had no effect.

 

Am pretty sure MP5 buttstocks don't exist either, but could be wrong on that.

 

I have a pristine Combat Knife. What are you offering for it?

For some reason I believe I saw a suppressor in .48 or .49, but like you said had no functionality.  Maybe I dreamt it, and I figured if the buttstocks spawned, they would be on police cars which I rarely see due to my typical locations.  What are you looking for, for the combat knife.  Protector cases?  Ammo boxes?  Flashbangs?

the silencer was in the game until .49 where they wiped all of the characters because somebody gave me his fully kitted m4a1 from before the AKM at the time. (Not sure if it is/was in the loot table though)
