LMAO! I just stole a car from some dudes in Kabanino!

I was creeping my way towards the water pump, when all of the sudden I saw a red car, and 3 dudes on my map (the orange blips)

I crouch-ran to the car, hopped in, and tore off in it, laughing my ass off the whole time. :D

When I stopped to look at my map a mile or two off, there were three orange blips pointed off in my general direction.

I'm still lol'ing.. ;)

Pressing I should bring up the scoreboard which will have the server name on it.

There's lots of reasons to bum-rush chernarus and lots of PK's looking to capitalize on that.

1. If you don't have a loot-spawn map or previous knowledge' date=' and realize most of the small groups of houses are unenterable, you'll head for the nearest city for supplies.

2. You have nothing much to lose.

3. You need morphine thanks to Rocket's enthusiasm for leg breaks and its rarity so it's better to try and get some while you don't have expensive gear to lose.

Any post that say's, "Just head for the deer stands and crashed helicopters" doesn't really understand the new player experience.

Deer stands, yes of course. They are fairly common and you can walk right up and loot them at your leasure. They contain things like powerful weapons, tools and morphine.

Crashed helicopters, no of course not. Don't be an idiot.

I think I understand the new player experience just fine, thank you. After all, that's how I started out as did we all. I have also had to start over several times due to nasty people eating my head. I've only gone to Elektro twice and never to Cherno, not once. It works out juuust fine.

Sound travels faster in fog because the water molecules are more densely packed and therefore transmit the vibrations easier.

It would be the same with rain if the rain splattering itself wasn't so loud.

For further realism you should make sounds louder at night.

Agreed on first point. Why not make the "hit" box larger on the steel bolts so it is easier to find/pick up?

Ya I was able to listen to some points he made about how he really wanted to expand on player content and later on grouping.

But mostly just how he wants to take DayZ and was a nice glimpse of the future.

If I spawn in, in the middle of the woods, and some dude laid a beartrap at my feet, while I was sleeping.. I'm pretty sure I will freak the fuck out! (on my next spawn..)

But I definitely understand the fun spin that it will put on the rest of the mod. :)
