Upgrading from normal DayZ to supporter edition

Recommended Posts

Is there any way to do this? I and probably among many others rushed in to pay the version from steam. Unfortunately I didn't see the supporter edition before after i paid.

Are you admins perhaps aware of if this will be possible?

Hello there

If you do not play the game you can request a steam refund.

PS do some research first Steam only allow a max of one refund I believe. I may be wrong. Dont rush in!

where is that supporter edition?

Here https://store.bistudio.com/dayz-supporter-edition

Supporter Edition DAYZ Alpha DayZ Supporters Forums Lounge* Arma 2 Complete Collection gift code Steam* Digital map of Chernarus*

*These items will only be available in English and will be distributed upon the full release of DAYZ.

It looks like its mostly DayZ + ARMA II, dont kow what Forums Lounge is though.

What is the supporter edition?

Looks like its arma II, which i already have, and access to some kind of secret online forum?

For double the price, it doesn't really seem worth it...

Is there something I am missing?

Might be more to come. It really only is for people who can afford it and actively want to support it. :)

Is it possible to purchase the the Supporter edition from the store and adding it to your Steam-account even though you already have the "standard" edition?

I bought the standard edition from Steam as well, only found out after the fact that a supporter edition was available. The supporter edition wasn't on steam at the time I purchased my copy. Hoping we can upgrade or something simple we can do to get this edition if we want it.

I'm assuming supporter edition is the retail price for the game. So includes some goodies.

I'd really hope they add a way to upgrade though.

I really hope they add a 20 dollar option to upgrade to the supporter edition if you got the standard.
