this has been pondering my mind insanely lately. With millions of outcomes and results... Second standalone... DLC... DayZ forming their own company... Rocket making a new game...

Rocket said, he won't make a DayZ 2, he'll support the first one to the max. Let's say he enable modding for the SA, then it will (like in Arma2) be supported for let's say 3-5 years.
And after ten years, it will be forgotten like my favourite retro game TLoZ: Majoras's Mask or like Terrorviktor wrote, it will probably be unrealesed. In ten years Rocket still won't get his lambo!

optimize so every guy have 60 fps minimum ;)
