samlx 3 Posted June 13, 2013 so i'm building a new pc. i pretty much know what parts i'm going to get but i thought i'll just show it here on the forum. if you got any recommendation i'd love to hear.CPU: i3 3220GPU: MSI GTX 650ti boost twin frozr 2gMotherboard: MSi B75MA-P45 (socket 1155)Ram: 8gb corsair vengeance ddr3 1600PSU: CX500 That is a good setup but you might need to upgrade the cpu to and i5 like a 3470 or 3570k or if your willing to spend more money go for a new haswell series i5 or i7

Definately go for a i5 or i7.But if you want to go really cheap, go for an AMD CPU.Here is a pretty cheap build, all from PCPartpicker. Assuming you're American, this was $393.51, and should play DayZ on medium - high settings at 30+ FPS.AMD FX-4100 @ 3.6GHz 4 cores - $97.99ASRock 970 Extreme3 - $84.99Asus Radeon HD 7770 1GB GHz - $121.98Raidmax ATX238WU ATX Mid tower case - $34.99Antec High Current Gamer 400w -$73.56I left out the RAM and HDD because you can take them from your old computer, and put them in. If you want to save $34.99, you can reuse your old case too, and really lower your cost.

hass22 0 Posted June 15, 2013 I plan on getting this game in a couple of monhs, and well I don really know shit as to how I should go about customizing a pc build... I plan on buying one from this website http://ironsidecomputers.com My budget is around $ 1,500 usd. I hope to play the game on high settings, so please give me your advice on what I should pick from the above mentioned websie, such as Intel or AMD etc. . Also I'm a bit intimidated by overclocking, and liquid cooled? Thanks in advance.PS: I already own a pretty good monitor but it's like 5 years old.
Dyckman 26 Posted June 15, 2013 It's much easier to build a tower from scratch. I could easily assemble a build for you, you'd just have to put it together. You really wouldn't even need 1,500 for a tower.

Dyckman 26 Posted June 15, 2013 Thats what he / she's saying. The website lets you build a computer.Ah, checked out the site for a bit, all I saw were pre-builds with just a few customization.Even still, I'm sure you could get all of that on amazon/newegg for much cheaper if you build the exact same build. hass22 0 Posted June 15, 2013 I know what you mean Dyckman, but I just dont want to even risk it tbh.... and they offer a good warranty coverage plan. That website (www.ironsidecomputers.com) also lets you choose every single part starting with the case. Please people take a look and help me as to what parts I should get on that website $1500 budget for the tower alone. Hope to play the game on high settings at least....
