What was the kill in DayZ that you felt happiest with after the deed was done?

Mine was when I was driving north from Elektro to get to an airfield. I was driving on the same side as some other guy who was going the opposite direction, and we both tried to swerve off the road the same way. We crashed, destroying my Offroad. While trying to greet him, he shot out my leg with his Enfield. Apparently he thought I was unconscious, so when he came up to finish me, I shot him a few times with my MP5. I think he bled out about a second after I died. I had so much stuff, but I didn't care because he did too.

3 admins who were cheating, checking player positions. I got lucky and moved up on them fast, kamikaze style. They had taken cover watching where I had come from just a few seconds ago, but I got in among them from the flank and started spraying my AK74 all around me like I was possessed by gyrating vermin.

They died in turn, but one promptly teleported back to me and finished me as I was destroying their vehicles.

That'd be my kill from earlier today. Driving my pickup around with one of my friends when suddenly an AS50 shot rings out. I bail and run like hell, car explodes killing my friend. Turn around, see him fucking around with zombies at a gas station. 2 DMR rounds in the chest from roughly 800m. Run over, take his gear and his heli.

was on an Origins server with my buddy Chimera, looking for a Ghillie for him in some apartments, I come out of one to go next door, I look be hind me and I see a dude in a ghillie standing there, He prones as soon as I look at him. I call to Chimera telling him someone is here, I gun it across the street, the guy didnt see me. I run down the street behind another pair of apartments towards Chimera, we're going for our cars, I look to my left and see the stalker laying there in the grass, he didnt see me run back past him, 2 5.56's to the chest, dead.

On Namalsk. I had just run across the rocks and shallow water down from the dam and was mounting the small ridgeline beside the airfield, when crouching, I turned to scan my six. It was a wolfpack clan server with first person disabled. I spied another player about 100 meters away, prone and in some pines. He must have been tracking me but luckily was armed with only an AK-74, versus my DMR. He popped smoke when he realized I had seen him. I decided to move on and get some distance between us, as I had been recently banned from a few servers for shooting the wrong people evidently, and I was not a clan member of the server owner. The tracker decided to fire at me from within the green smoke, I shot back once intending to get his head down while I ran away. That blind shot from maybe 125m finished the guy off. Think I got a GPS and a pair of NVG out of the confrontation.

Killing a group of 7 in an UAZ with my trusty M249 all on my lonesome! My first 2 kills of the game where very satisfying: 450 meter shots with an enfield at balota!

My two friends and I were flying our chopper around looking for a place to hide it when another chopper comes from behind us. At the time we didn't know how many people were in it but we just wanted to leave. We had just gotten the chopper and didn't want to loose it.

Well the other chopper starts shooting at us. Our pilot tries to out maneuver but gets shot by the enemy chopper's gunner. Seconds before the chopper crashes I let out one more burst of fire and manage to kill one of their gunners. I eject and barely survive the chopper crash but the explosion of the crash knocks me out. My second friend had ejected moments before and was fine.

After about a minute and a half unconscious timer, I finally wake up. However the enemy chopper is landing to check out my friend's body. My other friend was trying to get in position to shoot them. I couldn't see the chopper pilot through the bushes I was behind so I aimed where I assumed the pilot was and shot every round in my DMR mag. After shooting I go to change positions and notice three bodies on the ground. My friend and I approach the bodies. My friend pops each one in the head with his M1911 to make sure they're dead.

Turns out I killed three guys just firing threw those bushes. We start looting when I see a fifth guy come from the woods. I take him out a few moments later with my DMR.

After looting everything we had several good guns. I believe a few machine guns, 2 M107s, a couple M4s, and a few other guns I can't remember off the top of my head. And we got their chopper too which had Radar. We hit the jackpot. We lost one man but got so much gear.

Once I stalked two guys from like vybor up to NE airfield,They spotted me once and just dissapeared before i finnally found them at NE airfield and continued to stalk them.

They ran around there for a long time but eventually came up close to where i was and I just unloaded a mag into both of em.

I think the whole stalking part and tension made it so rewarding when i finally managed to get em.

Once i Axed 2 guys to death when they where bussy looting items at a hospital. Felt pretty nice since they had pretty much end game gear.

Think mine has got to be where I was in a situation at nwaf. Me by myself in a ghillie suit near southeast barracks tree line when all of a sudden 5 other dudes in ghillies appeared from vybor side. They didnt spot me so I let them pass. Didnt really have much on me so ai figured I just blend in their group which actually worked. At some point I just randomly shot 1 in the head, ran off a bit and watched them kill each other in the confusion. DayZ can be a lot of fun at times :-D

Investigated the Berezino supermarket after a couple of friends got killed there. Crossbow bolt barely missed my head and when I was about to fire back, I saw someone else flank me out of the corner of my eye. So I sprinted out of the market and headed straight for the hospital ladder. One of the bandits followed me up and got a three round burst welcome straight into his surprised face. I figured he thought I was unarmed or out of ammo, because I just ran for it. Below his lady friend was pushed up against a corner by a few zombies, while she was reloading her crossbow, gentlemanly as I am, I pressed F and dropped a m203 40 mike mike on her head killed all the zombies around her.

I was blindly running about on the outskirts of Elektro on my way to a couple of tents that always seemed to be well stocked. I was running along the tree line on sniper hill when I almost ran into a group of three players (a survivor, a bandit, and a ghillie). I quickly ducked behind a tree and waited to catch my breath. I was maybe 10 meters behind them. I was pretty sure the wookie with an AS50 saw me run past, but he must have thought he was seeing things, because he turned his back towards my tree and went back to examining the city.

Anyways, I was armed with an AKM. Once I had caught my breath and realized that they were setting up to snipe the town, and not go in for supplies I decided to strike. I leaned out from around the tree caught the sniper in the head and then opened up full auto on the other two players. I killed the three players in roughly five seconds and none of them had a chance to get a shot off.

In my entire time in DayZ leading up to then I had only killed 2 people. After I looted and hide the bodies I ran off and had to take a break, because my heart was pounding so hard.

Me and a friend refueled a GAZ east of Gorka, when we got ambushed by two horrible shots. One was armed with an enfield, and one with a makarov. My friend died, and I quickly escaped behind three pines. I waited 40 seconds, then went out, and shot the makarov guy, who had taken my friends PP-19, with a G17. First shot was a headshot, and he went down instantly, I quickly advanced to a nearby wall and tried to locate the other guy, when I notice that at the end of the wall is a enfield and an arm sticking out. I decide to spam 4 shots at the arm, he quickly retreats and I pursue him, and shoots him in the back.

Basically, I survived an ambush, they didn't get out valuable gear and our car, and it was my first victory against some pretty impossible odds in ArmA 2.
