I'm cynical and jealous, it looks to me like it was originally a pic that had nothing to do with DayZ and the beans were an afterthought, hence tha cat with a cabbage leaf on it's head. If you look closely, you can see the typical DayZ church interior in the background. Looks like she's leaning on one of the two altars on the sides.
