OK, Vilayer have modified the TCAdmin panel to include some new features, now I can set more than 4 events, and the times are working correctly, synced with GMT. I've set the following auto restarts to happen, all times are GMT.

There is one problem I think. Panda adds new players to WL and if he gives WL software to few other server users it's database must be syncronized somehow.
