I dream about dying in DayZ

2 sleeps in a row I was dreaming about my character's death.

Yesterday I was shot by an unseen player.

Today someone started shooting at me, so i started running, and the horde I attracted killed me. My mp5sd was not enough to hold.

Now just dream about finding a heli and tons of cool loot everywhere.

I dreamed I was sitting at a campfire and a crawler snuck up on me and bit my elbow.

I dream about finding food and drink. I am down to my last can of beans and canteen. I have had crap luck in finding food lately and know not where the nearest water source is.

Wow I swear I had a dream last night about DayZ

I was at a abandoned power station then a chopper flew past and saw me and started shooting so I ran inside I peeked out the door and seen two guys parachutting down as the chopper left a gang of girls and two guys came and saved me, there was two asian girls twins (they where hot) one guy and another driver.

they asked me if I knew how to drive because their driver was shot up and died and i lied and said yes so theyd take me with them then more bad guys came and i saved their lives so they took me in.

we drove to a club where their leader was and my girlfriend walked into the bed room waking me up I was so freaking pissed.

Best dream ive had all month. Honest to jebus real dream I had last night.

Your not alone. Its happened to me. Usually in the dream i'm at that point where myself and a stranger stumble upon each other at the same time and I have to make the bid decision. So far I've always woken up before the events fully unfold and am left with a sickening feeling.

Time and again people have claimed that video games cause violent tenancies and studies have always disproved them. DayZ might be the game that proves them right. I'm kidding of course.

Dayz is the first game I've have had a dream about.

Dream went something like this:

I had logged out with no water in my inventory, on my 10day old character, and when I logged in again it was flashing. Running around the town trying to find anything to drink but only finding empty cans and no water sources. Slowly just died of thirst, a very sad way to lose a relatively good character.

When really, I had logged out with 2 water bottles in my backpack xD

I've been playing about two weeks now. Although I have not solely had dreams about DayZ, last night was my first dream that had absolutely nothing to do with DayZ.

One dream I remember very well involved me finding a helicopter on a hill. I saw that it was fully repaired and ready to go. So I hopped in it, picked up my friends, and we started rappelling into Stary and the NW Airfield to loot. For some reason the Huey had two grenade launchers instead of M240's. It was awesome.

The dream ended when I suddenly realized that I was dreaming and didn't actually have a helicopter in the game.

I woke up and started playing some more. :D

I played WoW for years and never had a dream about it. DayZ... I think I've had 3 separate nightmares including one last night in which I had to protect my son from walkers in our front yard... crouch-walking with an AK and one arm on his shoulder to keep him behind me. Intense stuff.
