No need to always point out the compensation thing like is the only thing in the wolrd that really counts.

It happen to be that i like to play and 5 dollars does not change my world.

So i can trade my compensation till now plus a fee just to have my server working to play and have fun during the week-end after a week of work.

Mine was not a complain.

Just a request of a possible ETA since you never give a clue about it.

I hope you get it, because the attitude of your answer is more close to be rude than kind or polite.

I know you could be under pressure, but throwing at me some bucks will not shut my mouth off.

I would say the ETA is 1-3 Days maximum.

We're just waiting to setup the new HDD and start reinstalling all of the required software.

I was not "throwing bucks at you to keep your mouth shut" I'm just reminding you that we will be compensating you as any server host should.

We'll get you all setup ASAP.

How does that work? Do you have a dedicated support staff for handling tickets specifically, and an IT staff for managing the deployment of new servers? I'm not trying to be confrontational, but that's a pretty bold claim for what seems to be a small company. I can see that working for a larger company that's split up into departments, but it seems unrealistic for anything other than that. I'm really more curious than anything.

We do not have separate departments, new orders are only taking about an hour a day right now. We are focusing more on getting all of our tools fully functioning than we are new orders.

1 hour spread between a few people will add on about 20 minutes to each ticket reply, so yes it does have some impact, but a very minimal one to say the least.

Okay, everything except tcadmin just went repeated 502, no matter how many times I refresh

Briefmobile.com, which is on the same IP as susrvivalservers.com is displaying

"Our servers are experiencing an overload in connections!"

Shared space is a killer...

Any eta on when the whitelister will be fixed? restart the server and it is kicking people for not being on the whitelist even though they are, i have no clue how to fix it, so now people can't get on the server unless i uninstall it.

UPDATE: We are aware that there is an issue with our web server at the moment. We will be performing maintenance tonight until we get this sorted out.

Very sorry for the inconvenience, I assure you we are working to fix this.

We just transferred web severs yesterday and still have a few kinks to work out, we'll keep you guys updated.

Dude, you're quoting posts from August and then acting like they're new posts, everything was fine back then. I get that you're pissed at SurvivalServers, as are many other people, but you're just grasping at straws to flame them.

It's obviously a child off his meds and has nothing better to do. It's a couple day old account, Just someone else creating a new account to through a temper tantrum.

I asked before and got no answer, so I'll ask again: Is it possible to switch to a fully private hive from a community hive and retain the current state of the map (player gear, tents, vehicles)?

My server has been down for well over 2 weeks now, no one able to play, sent a support ticket on the 18th October and had a reply the next day saying i would be fixed up in a few mins, it didnt get fixed, replied on the 22nd asking what if anything had been done as I could see no visible changes, got a reply the next day saying you would look into it on the 24th, two days later no reply and nothing seems to have happened to my server. only posting this here as I think people considering getting a server from these guys should understand issues people have been having.

my first month I could not really say anything bad about the host, the server was stable did not need to be restarted often and never had and latency issues but the past few weeks have been abit of a nightmare that I am considering not to renew after this month is up.

Whitelist Pro failing, again... I'll be switching mine back to Gotcha I guess, means leaving my PC on all the damned time, but at least it's reliable.

We're working on adjusting the code to be more efficient on start up, we'll let you know how this goes. Make sure to also use a password on your server.

SS can we please have someone look at our ticket# 900545 we are still experiencing alot of desync and every night we have waves where half the server gets kicked for to high ping usually 500 when these people normally have at most 100 ping if you look at them in the players list. Loot lags going in and out of our inventories. Getting in or out of vehicles also lags a good bit some occasions taking up to 40 seconds and you'll teleport into the vehicle whether you walked away or not.

Just reinstall 3.7 and that should fix you right up.

We released a fix that was cauising issues in the scripts.txt

Terrific. Can you take a look at ticket # 691176

Why do all of the choppers leak fuel so fast despite being green? This was always a small issue, but it happens so often now and still leaks even though all windows have been replaced. Also, Dayz tools produces vehicles with damaged parts even though no damage has been selected.

The custom loadouts don't seem to be working either.

ticket 197897 - for the whitelist issue

Password and Whitelist? Can do, but it seems redundant.

I'm also seeing the high ping issue again. Reinstalling 3.7, again, it did seem to solve the problem yesterday, but it's back again this evening.

I talked with hambeast about his whitelister pro that we are using. when server restart, it gets disconnected, and doesnt reconnect. He is working on adding that as a feature. Not sure how much longer it will be. Will you be able to get the dayz tools feature to start and stop the whitelister program soon? i dont want to have to keep adding to 2 differant whitelister programs.

Apparently Survival Servers just contacts the forum moderators to remove posts they don't want you to see. You can clearly see I created my service on the 2nd of October, which means my service should be good until November the 2nd. I terminated my recuring payment which has nothing to do with the month I already paid for. I am paid up unitil November 2nd. Just because I terminated my contract for recuring payments doesn't give you the right to close out my account with out reimbursing me for 10 days. I could really care less because you suck as server providers but to flat out lie and get my posts removed is just bs. If any forum moderator would like to contact me and see the full details of my dealings with Survival Servers I am more than willing to do that but to delete posts because a shady company doesn't want future customers to see whats really going on is really wrong.

Are you sure you check the last option bottom left of the cancellation request?

I just made mine, and i notice this red icon asking if you want to cancel subscription immediately or after the month expires.

I guess is "immediately" by default, so this could be your problem.

P.S. I wish i can tell you if my server is still running ( i piked up the "at the end of the month" option) but status is still unknown due to the hard disk failure happened last tuesday, i'll check tomorrow.
