Can you post what we have 2 do to update the server on here? i run the server me and my mates own, though my mate payed for it so it's in his name so i didn't get an email

UPDATE:

You can now find the DayZ 1.7.4.4 and Bliss 4.2 updates from Mod Manager in TC Admin.

Installation Instructions

1/ Stop your server

2/ TC Admin -> Configuration Files -> server.cfg "Config Editor" adjust DayZ value to "1.7.4.4" and beta patch to proper value (recommended is 99153)

3/ TC Admin -> Command line Manager -> select the map you want

4/ TC Admin -> Mod Manager -> Uninstall previous version of Bliss

5/ TC Admin -> Mod Manager -> Install "Bliss 4.2"

6/ TC Admin -> Mod Manager -> Install "DayZ 1.7.4.4" and the latest version of the map you want (we released updates today for all maps)

7/ TC Admin -> Configuration Files -> HiveExt.ini "config editor" -> select the map you want / time settings

8/ Start your server

Important Things to Note

Celle does not work with this release. We are having an issue with the map which we need to iron out before we make it available to private/community customers. More on this soon.

You will need to update your map from TC Admin -> Mod Manager to the latest version. With the Bliss 4.2 release, every map was updated.

IMPORTANT:

Some Community Hive servers may still have an issue, this will be fixed by the end of the evening. All private hive servers should be working just fine.

If you are getting any new issues just submit a ticket and we will look into it as soon as possible.

When i try and uninstall bliss 4.0 it gives me an error saying duplicate entry 39600 for primary? any clue on how i fix this?

Edit: It won't even let me uninstall the beta i am using as well, gives me the same error.

Edit 2: I left the page went back to it and the beta and bliss were uninstalled, now i can't install the latest versions for both as it is giving me that error still.

Edit 3: Now it says i have the latest updates installed though it kept giving me that error.

well this just isnt true, i have 2 outstanding tickets, one over 24 hours and one over 12 hours.

UPDATE:

Wait for host issue has been fixed!!!

All you have to do is reinstall Bliss 4.2 and your done!

We just applied the fix to all of our servers.

Bliss 4.2 and 1.7.4.4 should be fully functioning and running great.

Nope mine is still broken TCAdmin states "Chernarus (v1.7.3/Beta 98220)" in the description despite me installing all the new updates and changing the values in server config. The server never starts up. I have followed all of your instructions to the letter. I have a support ticket already open and you just copy pasted a generic response without actually looking at my host. Probably because you have so many angry customers saying exactly the same thing.

This is seriously laughable by this point, who was the guy who said a couple of pages back he was happy to wait over a week for SS to install updates because there wouldn't be any bugs. They can't even deploy an update I think my buddy had about 15 minutes downtime when his host deployed the patch OVER A WEEK AGO.

I'm just glad I already switched hosts, at this rate I'll never be able to tell the users of my old host about the new details, that's if there are any left after being on the wrong patch for so long and all the downtime.

Its really not a big deal for us but i can understand why some of you are upset. If you would like I can tell you how i got mine running or even set yours up the same way.

I'm quite capable of reverting to 4.0 but there's nothing I can do when my server doesn't even start up any more regardless of configuration. It's not a configuration issue my settings are as they should be it's an incompetent server hosting provider. I have tried 4.0 and 4.2 but my server hasn't worked at all since following SS's instructions yesterday.

Please reinstall Bliss 4.2 and tell me if you get any errors on install.

There should not be any issues with the update as I have fixed about 25 servers within the last 20 minutes. It's a quick fix as most servers are just missing the MP Missions folder.

Wow you are being extremely rude and unprofessional.

99% of our servers are working just fine and the new fix we released is indeed working.

I would be happy to take a deeper look at your server but you are being terminated immediately.

I have fixed about 45 servers in the last 20 minutes.

See our TOS if you have any questions.

I cancelled my subscription but my server was meant to be active until the subscription ended how am I meant to notify the few users we have left if you have terminated it? I didn't tick the option to have the service end immediately, so now YOU have terminated my server which still has time remaining on it's contract until December 4th because I replied to your earlier comment about it being fixed when it was still in the exact same state as before with:

Your company is a joke look at my server it still doesn't work and I've done everything you asked

Can you not understand why a customer might be angry when they have received the service I have? Or maybe you are just so busy frantically fixing hundreds of broken servers that you don't give a shit about customers who are cancelling at the end of the month. Your infrastructure sucks and you don't understand automation or testing in the slightest.

I honestly don't care by this point I doubt you'll manage to ever get my server back up. I'll just make sure I post as much as I can here and in other threads documenting the shocking service I have received from your host so others can see and hopefully don't ever make the same mistake I did of using your hosting. I have records of all my support tickets and the responses, as well as records of how long the server has been down or unavailable. I will be sharing my full experiences with your hosting company everywhere I can so other users don't make the same mistake I did of choosing you as a host. I paid for 4 weeks hosting with you, I received 2 days of downtime whilst you set the server up, and now it is completely inaccessible yet again. It has always been out of date and buggy humanity, vehicles not spawning damaged etc.

Even if I hadn't cancelled my subscription before you tried to deploy these updates I definitely would have afterwards, but I am contracted till the 4th and you should be supporting my server until then. The most tragic part is you had the cheek to call me unprofessional.

TCAdmin down... lolol Does it ever end.

Allways down when i got a problem i finally get everything updated last night then everybody is invisible in 3rd person and no loot spawning and cant get on tcadmin to do anything about it.

Please stop spamming the forums with lies. I have personally been on your server multiple times. It is impossible when you say it has only been running for 5 days.

We reserve the right to terminate any service in extreme situations as stated in our TOS that you agreed to. You have been extremely rude and insulting, and we will simply not put up with you thinking that somehow you deserve special treatment above all of our other customers.

UPDATE:

TC Admin is back online, the TC Admin main monitor crashed and was down for a few hours. This is simply TC Admin being buggy, all I had to do was restart the main monitor.

Tell you what everyone who's reading this 192.198.81.6:2302 is my server IP let's see when someone actually gets in I paid for a server till December 4th

I'll edit my post it has worked for more than 5 days in terms of letting people log in everything else I have said is true. We have had a 3 day period of total downtime already and of course the current one, plus the two days it took you to set the server up. I'll subtract them from the total number of days you actually managed on the 4th when I post my final thoughts on your company. However as for spawning vehicles correctly I'd say there was maybe a week where it was working and we all know how long your servers have been out of date for. You claimed this was so you could deploy the updates bug free, good job on that rofl.

edit: HHAHA looks like I replied quick enough to catch your post before you edited it. Enjoy the drama as I said I really don't care my server is down I moved to a competant host. Why don't you do everyone in this thread a favor and end their contracts too.

OBS: i payed 5 dollars for a "Fully Managed server" and they MANAGED NOTHING.

Survival servers is bad news , think twice before renting....

TC Admin offline , delayed updates , BROKEN updates , now a BROKEN server , and their support TAKE AGES TO ANSWARE SIMPLE QUESTIONS

Mine runs out on the 10th, then I'm going to Dayz.st. I dont want a voucher. I want a refund on the downtime. Why should i be forced to rent for another month just to see compensation for the downtime. That is shoddy business. It just disgusts me that because you have ranted about the crappy service. That they remove your contract altogether. Ive heard of cowboy builders, But i never thought id see cowboys in hosting. Oh well, Im paid up until the 10th, then I'm gone. If i get any more downtime before then, I'm pulling my money through paypal.

Directly out of my support ticket [Ticket ID: 878501]

I reinstalled bliss 4.2 like you said and it gets into the lobby for the first person that connects to the server. That person isn't able to connect and anyone after that just gets stuck at Wait for Host.

Only posting here because seems like questions/problems are being answered faster on here. Thank you.
