Hotfix Build 1.7.2.4 Rolling Update

Everything working fine with the patch so far. Only issue I'm experiencing is glitched graphics in towns, airfields, etc. Haven't read the whole thread, anyone know of a possible fix?

I'm pretty sure you already threw them out there, but you realize there is a chance that these changes will remain? Rocket already stated that he is unsure about reversing what the developers at Bohemia have put in place.

Oh btw, you can stick infection straight up your #@$! I couldn't find antibiotics for the life of me...Had to re-spawn. Couldn't take the damn coughing any longer! :P

No 5 second DC-timer, tents still duping shit as always and couldn't respawn even with broken leg. Seems like nothing's working, nice patch \o/

My tents are still eating everything on server restart, and cloning items that had previously been removed...

This is really starting to annoy me enough to stop playing until it's 100% fixed. I keep stocking up on ammo and food, as well as car spares (since tires seem to blow up at the mere thought of running into something) to only have them vanish into thin air with every restart. I still wonder why after the first server reboot after the upgrade was rolled out, my car ended up with 3 flat tires, and the fuel tank and engine badly damaged. Cars are too much of a glitchy pain-in-the-ass right now. I can't even figure out how to contact the server admin to see if he can help at all... GRAAAGH SO FRUSTRATING!

Other than that, the new patch seems to deliver all that was listed... I was REALLY hoping tents would stop shitting all over my game though.

5 second timeout on disconnect is NOT implemented, as the engine is preventing it currently

Well, I have been playing the game for some time. The loss of my wonder weapon may induce me to take a long break from the game.

Also, it's likely logging off in combat is going to be even safer and easier if the guns are less lethal now.

you can bet the servers clans set to password and the members camped the spawns. those choppers are long gone. us normal non exploiting player wont see them except when they fly over.

Some other guy posted earlier that he had to re-adjust HDR & Visibilty to max, then save (click OK i guess) move a little then reset both back to your near normal setting. It fixed it for him. Good luck.

Hueys will be readded to the game in near future. At the moment their radar was removed only.

Agreed. Would be awesome.

Also, full soda/vodka should leave an empty can/bottle in your inventory.

As for my feedback:

I got into a server on my second attempt. First time I thought I was stuck at loading and hit alt-f4. (hope the log info is useful)

The second attempt, I thought I was stuck at loading again, so I tried alt-f4, didn't work.

A moment later, I saw "Creating Player" or whatever and I got into the game.

I started with a fresh spawn so my first thought was to agro soome zombies and check out how they are in the new update.

The result was a 1:11 minute video in which I run around with 2 zeds on my tail, and both of them are dumb as nails.

(currently uploading to Youtube, will post shortly)

I think the zeds are broken.. also waiting a *really* long time at loading.

disclaimer: I'm not complaining, just posting feedback in the appropriate place. ;)
