I am a bit concerned about the lack of Respawn option unless you have a fracture. Just 2 days ago I got stuck in a lake - my character was "jumping" up and down with me being unable to make the slightest move (even rotate the camera). Restarting the game, switching servers, nothing helped. My only chance of getting out of it was hitting the Respawn button.

The question is, how are we supposed to deal with such issues without the Respawn button? I had no fracture when being stuck. As far as I know, the only options will be to call someone to kill you or wait until you starve to death.

Yes, from what i experienced before if you see another backpack and you want to pick it up, but you plan to get your items from your previous backpack, you need to drops yours first, and pick the other one.

If you just equip the other one without dropping your current bag, it will disappear and you won't be able to retrieve your gear from it.

That is a real pain, i can't imagine myself running such a long distance to get my stuff back. I'll probably respawn and let a zombie kill me to keep trying to get to a more desirable location.

No way i'm running for 30 minutes just to get to the place i want. But in any case, if respawning over and over again was causing some server load and removing the respawn button can actually make things better, then i guess i agree with this decision.

Nah, I said that because someone else told me that if you wear any type of clothing, you need to take off your backpack first although i still don't understand why I need to do that.

me and everyone else on got teleported to mid air and dropped to our deaths a few hours ago in the us 1039 tx server.

any ETA on fixing teleport hack? its cool if this will only be addressed on the stand alone version, but wouldbe great to know anyhow. thanks in advance.

Rocket, are you looking into anything to do with tents- ie. multiple tent spawning due to lag/bug, items disappearing, the whole tent disappearing, players not being able to open/destroy tents.. (tents revive on server restart with contents that were already in it before server restart, even though it was destroyed..)

I don't think you understand what your comment says exactly.

In other words, you're saying "I'd appreciate it if you didn't let us know what you're doing to improve the performance of our gameplay". A year down the road, you'll regret that statement when updates that are ruining the game aren't being listed on the patch notes.

to add to this i think the bigger the group the bigger the advantage. the groups are the ones with the fully loaded out tents-most of the time. why should the bigger groups not have to work for their advantage? especially when these days the only thing they have to do to get it is to go to their tent city or meet up with their group? for these guys death already means nothing, so lets not get a spawn choice to make death mean even less for those guys.
