How long do based and tents last after you place them just is it worth building a base at all

As far as I remember then stashes (buried stuff, tents, barrels and such) despawns after 3 weeks if not interacted with.

So if no one is in contact with it for that long it disappears.

And if you don't come in contact with it in that long then you probably dont need it anyway. 🙂

Yeah but generators, cable reels and lights are broken IMO, for they despawn after 7 days even if you interact with them as intended. You need to physically move them to prevent despawn which is stupid.

For instance, you can setup your lights, wires and generators in your base. You can use them regularly by simply turning the generator on which then lights up your construction lights — which IMO is interacting with them and using them.

But the server despawns them unless you reposition them. I’m setting up crates near my lights now so I can stow them near where I set them up so I don’t loose anymore stuff and pulling/replacing spark plug in generators. We shouldn’t have to do silly things like that to deter despawns.

@ImpulZ please share these issues with devs to correct, thank you.

It is what it is and in all honesty, there are bigger problems that need to be dealt with first.

What do they do? Add more shit to the game and re release a map as paid DLC.

They dgaf about this game. It's a cash grab to fund their Arma III game and future games.

Gotta agree with this, especially as they're now asking for 40 quid on xbox store for what is still a very broken and very unfinished game. I e lost two cars today and died twice this week, all losses entirely attributable to game bugs. Today alone my game has dashboarded while driving, then a mate tried driving instead and as we entered a town, the car touched a kirb at crawling speed and the car was thrown over a building and ruined. All 4 of us where KO'd but survived, only for a zombie to hit me and cut me from a single hit. My blood packs wouldn't use, and I couldn't craft any rags or use the bandages I had on me, the option was just not there. I've never seen such a buggy game that's so poorly supported which at this point and the asking price is inexcusable. Xbox QC has taken a dive this gen!

There’s also major frame-rate-issues after firing up generators and lights at bases.

Livonia is smaller than Cherneraus — so there’s less overall information and wonder if that will help with things.

I haven't noticed a problem with generators yet. We have four running in our base without frame rate issues. How many are you running? 

I was amused by the detail on the generators too. It took me ages to figure out how much fuel they had in them till I realised the fuel gauge actually works!

Without the surrounding water it's roughly about the same size.

I was running 3, now I’m running 2 because of Frame Rate drops, it’s still sluggish with 2.
