What happend to Spraypaint ?

Ive got myself a Fireaxe and a Mosin and i want to paint them to green and Camo but i cant finde Spraypaint ive surched 48h now in every shack ive seen but it seems there is no more to finde... is it just me being unlucky or are spraypaints gone? if so wehn will they be back?

Spray painting hasn't been in the game since the switch to the new engine on .63 although some community servers have modded it in, I believe.

What @drgullen already said. Also, the developers have mentioned, if I remember correctly, that coloring items wouldn't be reintroduced in the game. I am however uncertain if they mean painting them with spray paint, coloring armbands and other items in barrels or both. Let's hope they were talking about coloring items in barrels because it would suck if we didn't have the ability to paint Ghillie suits, unless they come up with another way.

Oh really? Was that during one of those developer streams? I'd need a source because that seems like a big waste and especially so after they spent time on that promised procedural colouring system, there are even textures with the colourable areas blanked out sitting in the files specifically for that.

I honestly can't find it but I've read or heard them talk about it. Of course I might be wrong since the FAQ still say that procedural coloring is still planned but that post is from february 2018. Maybe @ImpulZ can take away my doubt? 🙂
