IR laser for weapons

infrared scope

MRE pouches (which really should contain matches, paper, etc along with a meal)

crashed helicopters

both original helicopters to fly

Crashed helis are the only one from that list that's coming and they're already in. 

M4 is in the game, I've seen nothing about m16.

You'll get everything in that list either from mods for the standalone (M16 is already modded) or eventually officially.

The original mod uses ARMA 2 + expansions, and we are not getting everything from ARMA 2 + expansions.
